Getting to know George & Gabe Etheridge
George Etheridge was a young artist at Mosaic from 1995-1996, and his positive and life-altering experience at Mosaic led him to encourage his own son, Gabe, to follow in his footsteps.
“Mosaic was a huge part of my life and helped mold me into the person I am today,” George shared. “I wanted my son to have a similar experience and an opportunity to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who have a love for the arts.”
Now a current young artist, Gabe Etheridge calls Mosaic a second home just like his father once did. Gabe leaned into his interest in architecture and joined the Backstage Program where he dove into set design. As he looks to his future, he dreams of using the skills he learned backstage as an Architect.
While George and Gabe had unique experiences during their time at Mosaic, they share the same love and enthusiasm for what Mosaic Youth Theatre provides. “I for one can’t wait to see the places he’ll go,” George shared, “And the momentous things he’ll achieve.”
