313 Initiative: Expanding access to live, high-quality theater and music by youth, for youth. This program removes barriers to participation and invites Detroit youth to experience the arts through free tickets, school partnerships, and community events.
Alumni Success: Providing college and career guidance, care packages, mentorship, and paid internships to ensure our alumni thrive in higher education and beyond—maintaining a 74% college persistence rate since 2019.
New Voices Detroit: A youth-driven festival uplifting emerging playwrights, songwriters, and composers who collaborate with professional mentors to bring their original works to life on stage.
