Committees are comprised of board members, Mosaic team members, and community members with expertise in the specific topic or field. Please read each description and indicate which committee you're interested in being part of.

The Development Committee provides guidance and implementation support to the Mosaic Board and staff in order to help the organization achieve resource development objectives. The committee meets monthly; sets development goals and budgets; and generates and executes strategies for corporate support, individual donors, and grantors. In addition, this committee supports and celebrates board members’ personal and leveraged fundraising goals.

The Finance Committee provides financial oversight for the organization. Meeting quarterly, this committee gives feedback on the organization’s financial statements; strategic goals; budgeting and planning; policies and controls; audit prep and delivery; and investment strategy.

The Marketing Committee provides guidance on the marketing initiatives of the organization. Meeting quarterly, the committee develops and reviews the marketing budget and plan; gives input into new avenues for audience development; and monitors key performance indicators.

Governance (and Nominating Committee) is responsible for the health and functioning of the board. It recruits new members, conducts orientation, produces board materials, and evaluates the performance of the board itself.
