Minimum Qualifications

o   Experience working with youth

o   2-4 years experience working with youth ages 11-18

o   1-3 years administrative experience

o   Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to determine and develop appropriate communication for each audience

o   Demonstrated high level of integrity and leadership skills.

o   Ability to work cohesively with peers

o   Excellent organizational and time management skills

o   Competent in Word, Outlook, Excel, Social Media and Explorer

Job Description

Manage all logistical aspects of a Mosaic beginning program, including program documentation, communication with parents and youth, and supporting youth development outcomes for young artists.
